Forn i Pastisseria Francis

Forn i Pastisseria Francis is the family bakery on Carrer Sant Joan Batiste, a few steps from the Plaça Major. It serves the upper part of the village. (There’s a friendly rivalry with La Vicentica in the lower part.)

Their savoury cocas (with anchovies, vegetables or sobrasada) are well worth trying, as is the panquemao, a light, sweet bread.

It’s also a bit of a small grocer, with a selection of cured meats, alioli, water and chocolate.
